Bike Lanes, Bike Boxes, and Cycle Tracks
We will review traffic laws pertaining to bicyclists and learn about correct roadway positioning and how to navigate the bike lanes, bike boxes, and the cycle-tracks on North Broadway. The Minnesota Bicycling Handbook published by the Bicycle Alliance of Minnesota will be provided. Then we will take a tour of some of the roadways with bike lanes, bike boxes, and the cycle-tracks on North Broadway. Attendees should bring their own bikes and helmets.
