This class will teach you the basics of electricity, how to measure it and read your electric bill, and how to make small repairs in your home such as replacing outlets, switches, and light fixtures. Sponsored by EarthFest and Destination Medical Center.

Ivan Idso has been an advocate for sustainable living for more than a decade. He co-founded the Rochester EarthFest celebration in 2014 and the RITE School of Sustainable Living in 2022. In 2019 he won the Mayor’s Medal of Honor for Sustainability and teaches several community education classes.
